Both. We service vehicles at homes, apartments, offices, and job sites. If you're at an apartment complex or a business lot, check that management allows the work. A quick heads-up to them avoids problems.

A flat, level paved surface such as a driveway or parking space, room to open the hood and work around the vehicle, and access to the keys. No power outlet, water, or garage needed — the truck is self-contained. For safety reasons we can't work on gravel, dirt, or a steep incline.

We bring them. FixNow holds commercial accounts with O'Reilly and AutoZone, so parts come from professional suppliers and are included in your quote. You're welcome to supply your own parts, though customer-supplied parts aren't covered under warranty. Our labor still is.

Accept cards, Cash, or Zelle, due when the job is finished. Fleet and commercial accounts can be invoiced.

Yes. Brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake fluid service are all performed at your location. Same requirement as any job — a flat paved surface. Most single-axle brake jobs take about 1.5 to 2 hours.

We turn down work that can't be done safely or correctly in a driveway and refer it to shops we trust. That includes heavy-duty diesel requiring commercial diagnostic equipment, transmission removal and internal engine work such as rear main seals and head gaskets, tire mounting, balancing and alignments, and exhaust welding, body work, and smog testing.
